SUPER HAPPY I visited AutoNation in Clearwater Florida to look at a vehicle that I found on the Internet at closing time. I was met in the parking lot by Henry Oliver Sales Consultant. He was extremely kind and helpful with information. We agreed to meet the following morning to test drive the car. The following morning after enjoying a freshly brewed coffee, Henry's manager, Robert Geiger introduced himself and offered assistance. I test drove and purchased the Lincoln MKS. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. There was zero pressure to purchase. Thanks Henry and Robert! More

Our salesperson, Henry, was very helpful and held the vehicle for us until we were able to drive over to see it, even though he had many local calls on the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and painless. Everyone at the dealership was so kind, from the receptionist to the general manager who came out to say hello. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

What I got was courtesy and a fair price at the end of the day and I am happy. What I didn't get was the high pressure, this was a very pleasant buying experience. But Once they have sold the vehicle they are done with you. At least that has been my experience. I have had questions and it has taken an act of Congress to get a phone call, text message, and email to be answered. They wont return any calls, the only way I finally got in contact with them was because I lucked up and got them while they were there. Oh and they owe me money from when they estimated (which I understand why they had to) my taxes. Bottom Line they have not been helpful at all since buying from them. More

Buying a Pre-Owned car at AutoNation Lincoln, Clearwater When I arrived to see Henry Oliver, he had done his homework and had a list of vehicles he (and I) thought I would be interested in. I was not aware of the vast listings available through AutoNation, but as Henry listened to my concerns he was able to filter my ideas into some intelligent choices. We looked on the lot at some options I might like. What I ended up choosing was not at all what I had in mind, but I am very happy. I have decided to name my new car Medea, because like Jason and the Argonauts, I was seduced by a beauty. I ended up with Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I am enjoying it immensely. And Henry's concerns about being sure I am completely satisfied should be used as models of good service throughout the industry. Thanks for asking. Denny Smith More

The transactions took longer than we expected but with Henry's personal and friendly service, the time flew by quickly. He always kept me informed of every transaction throughout the entire transaction. Henry assured me that no matter what it took, I was leaving the dealership with a vehicle and I did thanks to his patience, hard work and dedication to my needs.
