Celso is my Service Manager. He always keeps me informed of any service needs that come up during the inspection of my Lincoln. This service required a filter that was not covere He always keeps me informed of any service needs that come up during the inspection of my Lincoln. This service required a filter that was not covered by warranty. He called me and informed me of that need. I told him to change it and I would pay the extra charge. He looked into my account and found that I had rewards to cover the extra cost so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket, Thanks Celso for that Great attention to my account. More
