I have used this dealer for several years. They are always courteous. However, the timeliness was not good. My appointment was for 9:30. This dealership is the absolutely best; from their sales people (Don Naja in particular (a real sweetheart)), to their administrative people, to their service people!! The valet and rental services are wond people (Don Naja in particular (a real sweetheart)), to their administrative people, to their service people!! The valet and rental services are wonderful and deserve a 5 star rating as well. I have been their satisfied customer for several years. My 2019 MKZ is in great condition now with low mileage, but I hope Lincoln comes out with an awesome new automobile in the very near future so I will have a place to shop when it’s time to trade it in. My first time with this dealership. So far I can't complain. Several near the end of warranty issues that needed addressing.
