Probably the BEST service experience I've ever had. I was sitting in the waiting room (free coffee and donuts BTW 😉) and I got a text with a VIDEO link from the actual service guy that was doing the s I was sitting in the waiting room (free coffee and donuts BTW 😉) and I got a text with a VIDEO link from the actual service guy that was doing the service....and he SHOWED ME ON VIDEO what he was doing, why things were being replaced, and how bad my air filters were etc. So, I knew EVERYTHING by the time I needed to pay. Oh, and for payment, I got another text with the full PDF invoice and I just paid it online (on my phone). ALL THIS FROM MY PHONE. No back and forth with the service guy(s). I even had time for another donut. And NO - I'm not associated with this dealership in any way other than owning a 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Bottom line - a great and HONEST service experience. More

Brought vehicle in 3 times to repair or replace broke seat. Lied the first time about repairing. Didn't fix problem the second time and Refuse to replace seat on the 3rd visit.
