I took my car for a simple oil change. They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I just replaced the rotors in the back and replaced brake pads in the front and back. Last year. And I didn’t have any shaking in my steering wheel nor indicator lights. I thought it would resolve itself but it hasn’t. My car was driving just fine before this visit to this dealership. Service consultant, Jeffery, was immediately available when I arrived for my 9am appointment. We agreed on the work to be done. I was impressed with the video of the required repairs. Being a 9 year vehic when I arrived for my 9am appointment. We agreed on the work to be done. I was impressed with the video of the required repairs. Being a 9 year vehicle, some repairs were a bit extensive and expensive, but necessary. I had to leave my car for two nights. That was not a problem for me. When I picked up my car, all current repairs and future recommended ones were explained. Overall experience was satisfactory, but cost was high as expected,, even with a thoughtful discount (senior). More

Customer Service disaster from start to finish. I tried to schedule simple maintenance via phone with their scheduler. She could not answer any of my questions, did not know how long my repair woul I tried to schedule simple maintenance via phone with their scheduler. She could not answer any of my questions, did not know how long my repair would take, and was pretty useless. I found out they use a call center in Las Vegas, so they have no insight into the particular Infiniti location. She said to ask for Chris when I arrived. On 3/10/23 I arrived and asked for Chris, who was not working that day. I was assigned to Jeffrey N. who was very slow and had to ask another employee how to do everything. He did not know the cost of my services, or how to access my CarMax warranty data that was in their database, or how long I would have to wait. I asked for the complimentary car wash/vacuum. I was kept waiting over 3 hours. They did not have a part I needed, no repairs were done, so I have no idea what took 3 hours. I have to come back again next week - inconvenient. At one point he said my car was done, he just needed to fill out some paperwork and he would come get me. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk and he looked surprised to see me. No respect for your time and no sense of urgency. Car was not washed or vacuumed as I requested. Infiniti called on Monday to see how my service was and I told them it was terrible. She said the service manager, Linda, would call me shortly. Wednesday, I got a call from Infiniti reminding me of my follow-up appointment on 3/17/23, I told her I had to cancel and asked when Linda would call me. She said she would ask her to call me. 20 minutes later I got another call from Eric reminding me of my 3/17 appointment, which I had just cancelled! I asked why he was also calling me. He had no idea. Still no call from Linda. I really don't want to ever come back here. I don't trust that they are taking care of my car properly. More
