Told the scheduler that there were diagnostic issues with the car. Came in on a Saturday and the service rep said the dealership did not do diagnostics on weekends, I needed to come back during the week. Can the car. I took my car for a simple oil change. They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steerin They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I just replaced the rotors in the back and replaced brake pads in the front and back. Last year. And I didn’t have any shaking in my steering wheel nor indicator lights. I thought it would resolve itself but it hasn’t. My car was driving just fine before this visit to this dealership. Being a 9 year vehicle, some repairs were a bit extensive and expensive, but necessary. I had to leave my car for two nights. That was not a problem for me. When I picked up my car, all current repairs and future recommended ones were explained. Overall experience was satisfactory, but cost was high as expected,, even with a thoughtful discount (senior).
