AutoNation INFINITI Tustin - Service Center

When I set the appointment…I asked the guy that answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I asked to talk to one and he said he couldn’t…the service took all day, so, I had to find a ride so I could go work and when I received the bill, it was $1800.00…I will not use this dealership anymore…I’ve purchased all my cars from here, had all services and repair work done here…but, no longer. My service advisor frank is amazing. He is very thorough with the car and keeps you up to date on repairs needed. I have owned many cars and delt with many dealerships in my life time, but none as nice and courteous as Tustin Infiniti.
