I have taken my last four vehicles (which were also purchased here) to this service department. The staff are very friendly and professional. My 2009 FX35 has always been serviced at Tustin Infiniti since I purchased it, but I was in the process of finding somewhere else to go due to dissatisfaction on my last few visits. This last visit was dif since I purchased it, but I was in the process of finding somewhere else to go due to dissatisfaction on my last few visits. This last visit was different. This time Henry managed my service & he was pleasant, knowledgeable & informative. He did not talk down to me with ridiculous explanations/excuses as others did on the previous visits, which as a woman with a technical background, I found offensive. I will likely be back for my routine maintenance in the future. More
