I came in for an oil change and new rear brakes. Now my brakes make an intermittent grinding noise. I brought my car back in once and was told the sound was caused by a tumbleweed. The sound was better for a few days and then it returned. Now I need to waste another 3 hours of my day taking the car back to the dealer to diagnose it. This dealership service department has been very inconsistent. I've had great service and then horrible service, like not putting the oil cap on properly and having oil leak all over my engine. More
