I was told 2 hours or less for work and wash. At 2 hours my car was not finished and wash was not started. At 2 hours and 20 minutes I was told my battery failed so it was replaced. Even if battery did not fail the time in your shop would have been at least 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours to complete including the car wash. This is not my typical experience at Infiniti. I like to be “under promised and over delivered” rather than the other way around. The replaced battery was taken into consideration with the time of 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours which did not include battery. The battery took about 45 minutes and I left 1:30 - 1:45. My appointment was at 10:00. More

Dealership did not keep the appointment they scheduled two days earlier. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that they did not have the tires for my car. Long story short, I had to have a frien two days earlier. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that they did not have the tires for my car. Long story short, I had to have a friend and his wife drive to the dealership all the way from Yorba Linda so that he could drive my car home after sunset. I could have been told that the dealership was not ready to service my car and avoided all the problems they created for me. Also, when I called the service department to find the status, I was connected with an off-site person who was not able to do anything. I ended up calling the sales department and a very helpful salesperson went to the service department and told them to call me. No one offered me an explanation why they did not reschedule or why they did not keep me informed of the status so that I would not have had to make other arrangements to get my car home. More
