I have owned many cars and delt with many dealerships in my life time, but none as nice and courteous as Tustin Infiniti. I always deal with Frank in the Service department and he makes it a good experience my life time, but none as nice and courteous as Tustin Infiniti. The best dealership in orange county. I took my vehicle in for a oil change. Frank checked me in and got my QX50 taking care of including a wash, it took less then an hour. Everything went smooth up until I sent my down payment on August 19, 2021. Everyone was very attentive, very responsive, and Chris even did a Zoom appointment for me since I'm in Northern Cali. I spoke to August 19, 2021. Everyone was very attentive, very responsive, and Chris even did a Zoom appointment for me since I'm in Northern Cali. I spoke to Fred in finance on August 19th, and he confirmed receipt of paperwork they had since via FedEx and told me he would send copies via email. He also informed me that they would be in contact with my delivery information. After that conversation, I didn't hear from them unless I reached out. Fred is unresponsive, Chris was more responsive but could not provide any information on the delivery. About a week later I received a call from the delivery company that they were 20 mins away. I'm like this is the first I've received information on this, so I was lucky I was not in any work meetings at that time and was able to hitch a ride to meet them. Inside the car there was a folder, but it did not contain my signed paperwork. I've asked for it a few times since then and here we are almost a month later and no paperwork still. Also, the car had a few scratches and you can tell where they popped out a little dent. So please learn from my experience because I'm not confident I will be able to receive my paperwork. So at this point, I have no info on the warranty I purchased to protect the paint, but no clue who to call or contact regarding the scratches. So, you will have a better buying experience if you actually go into the dealership. More
