When I set the appointment…I asked the guy that answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I asked to talk to one and he said he couldn’t…the service took all day, so, I had to find a ride so I could go work and when I received the bill, it was $1800.00…I will not use this dealership anymore…I’ve purchased all my cars from here, had all services and repair work done here…but, no longer.
