I have taken my last four vehicles (which were also purchased here) to this service department. The staff are very friendly and professional. Ghobrial and everyone at Infiniti were super kind and professional. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to get a car in the current super-inflated auto market and had been to several de professional. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to get a car in the current super-inflated auto market and had been to several dealerships over the course of two weeks. Everything was ridiculously marked up and I couldn’t help but feel like every dealership was trying to bend me over and not willing to budge on the numbers without giving me some insane terms, including the place I got my last car (not much of a “loyalty” program). These guys did not. They gave me a fair deal with reasonable terms on a really nice car. I’m very grateful to them and they exemplified customer service. More
