Ghobrial and everyone at Infiniti were super kind and professional. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to get a car in the current super-inflated auto market and had been to several de professional. Everything was ridiculously marked up and I couldn’t help but feel like every dealership was trying to bend me over and not willing to budge on the numbers without giving me some insane terms, including the place I got my last car (not much of a “loyalty” program). These guys did not. They gave me a fair deal with reasonable terms on a really nice car. I’m very grateful to them and they exemplified customer service. More

My 2009 FX35 has always been serviced at Tustin Infiniti since I purchased it, but I was in the process of finding somewhere else to go due to dissatisfaction on my last few visits. This time Henry managed my service & he was pleasant, knowledgeable & informative. He did not talk down to me with ridiculous explanations/excuses as others did on the previous visits, which as a woman with a technical background, I found offensive. I was sold a vehicle with bad tires and vehicle registration was only paid for a few months. I was told the dealer would pay gor DMV fees if I purchased the extended warranty, then I received the registration was only paid for a few months. I was told the dealer would pay gor DMV fees if I purchased the extended warranty, then I received the registration bill from DMV 3 months after purchasing the vehicle and had to replace all 4 tires within 4 months of owning the car. It only had 21k miles! More
