I bought a used Ram truck w/ 4000 miles on it. It was damaged in the detail shop after I paid for at the dealership. The dealer used a touch up guy to do repairs. It was awful. It had to go back to a bod damaged in the detail shop after I paid for at the dealership. The dealer used a touch up guy to do repairs. It was awful. It had to go back to a body shop which did a half xxx job redoing the other repairs. The lack of detail and attention by the managers to notice this awful work, they had a $70,000 truck that I paid for for over 3 weeks trying to fix the damage. I drove 3 times to dealer which was over 1.5 hours from my home each way. I was more than frustrated. General manager never returned calls. Left voice mails. Lack of caring about customer is what that showed. More

I have taken my last four vehicles (which were also purchased here) to this service department. The staff are very friendly and professional. My Q50 was due for routine maintenance on December 2st an purchased here) to this service department. The staff are very friendly and professional. My Q50 was due for routine maintenance on December 2st and I waited in the center for my vehicle to be done. As in all my visits since 2003, my car was done in the time Frank quoted and was also washed while I waited. The lobby was relaxing and very clean and beautifully decorated. I am a fan. More
