They charged my $200 just to look at my Infiniti. They told me the $200 would go toward any repairs. They also told me for the $200 they would wash the car, and conduct a vehicle inspection which in They told me the $200 would go toward any repairs. They also told me for the $200 they would wash the car, and conduct a vehicle inspection which includes a video. I agreed based on what they told me. In the end, they refused to apply the $200 to the repairs, no inspection was done at all, and no wash was done. They also called me to left me know the car was ready, but when I got dropped off they made me wait 30 minutes…the car was still on the lift!! I have left messages for the general manager and service manager. They refuse to even return my calls. More
