So, this was my second time going back to AutoNation after my first experience I said never again!!! The new Service Guy Willy made my experience awesome and this made up for the first experience. I always use the Tustin Infiniti dealer before they sold to AutoNation. I live in Temecula now and that's why I stop going. I would recommend them and will use in future due to the new service guy Willy. Also want to note didn't care for the New Service manager after she said on the phone that I could have a Loaner car the day before my appointment. The next day I had to wait over 1 hr. because they have to see if the car which I knew the problem same as before because they kept it a week. Also thought a little pricey for other repair work in the tune of over $6,000 which I took somewhere else to fix. More
Unfortunately not a good experience! I purchased a car and the it had a vibration on the test drive. The dealership assured ne that it would be fixed, but I have to constantly follow u I purchased a car and the it had a vibration on the test drive. Its been more than 2 weeks since my purchase and I have drove the car once and issue is still there. Secondly, they cannot find the spare key and I get this brush off answer that they will "sort it out". Not even sure what that means and afraid of some random cost implication on delivery. The sales staff was very helpful, until I signed. After that, I felt more like a botheration than a customer. More
The service department was horrible! ! I believe my agents name was Woody or something like that and he was completely lost the entire time I was there. The other agents were more friendl ! The other agents were more friendly trying to help him but he seemed to not know how to do his job. Then the service manager lady came in and she was very fake nice. They also discuss other customers car issues in front of new customers and laugh about not fixing the cars. The service manager lady has this chip on her shoulder attitude since I guess she makes the decisions, and she is very quick to try and get you out of her location and send you to any other one so her technicians don't have to do the work on your car. She sent me to a different location and made it very obvious with her fake smiles she did not want my Infiniti at her Infiniti location! I left there feeling like I will NEVER take my car back to them, nor will I ever refer anyone else to that service department. More
