I was very frustrated to reimburse double tax from different state. They told me before I bought, they will reimburse ride away but tool more than 2 months. The problem was no body was ready to help me, they gave me their direct phone but they couldn't answer their phone up. I can say I call every single day and no one contact me their supervisor I don't know why. Only I got only Mr. Fred who lied me every time. He said you will get by tomorrow, next week and so on, and he gave me fake tracking number for the check. It is unbelievable for me for this big company this kind of customer service. Anyways thank you after getting my check waiting more than couple of months. I paid off my credit card after that including interest. I don't recommend at all. More

When arriving no one greeted me. Waited for someone to greet me but no one did so I had to walk inside. My cars alignment was off so I brought it in for an alignment and tire rotation. After getting my car back the car still pulls to the right and my steering wheel is not aligned. I paid $120 for just the alignment and it feels the exact same as before. Feels like they took my money, let the car sit around, then returned it to me 5 hours later having done nothing to it. More
