Gabriel is the gentleman that helped me out and was very professional and courteous. My car had to be left for a bit and received a nice loaner, grateful for that. The only thing I had issues with was when professional and courteous. My car had to be left for a bit and received a nice loaner, grateful for that. Not happy with experience. Had a stellar credit score but conveniently didn't get the best rate. I had to go thru 3rd party bank to get my deserved interest rate. Vehicle only came with one key and it was like pulling teeth to get my second key. Very misleading dealer would second guess a visit to AutoNation Tustin Infinity. More
