Really nice to have that 90-day, 4,000 mile dealer warranty that came with my used car -- a REAL warranty with REAL coverage unlike Infinity Tustin. I came in for an oil change and new rear brakes. Now my brakes make an intermittent grinding noise. I brought my car back in once and was told the sound was caused by a tumbleweed. The sound was better for a few days and then it returned. Now I need to waste another 3 hours of my day taking the car back to the dealer to diagnose it. This dealership service department has been very inconsistent. I've had great service and then horrible service, like not putting the oil cap on properly and having oil leak all over my engine. More

I've been to this Infiniti Tustin service department for service on my cars for over 20 years and will continue to refer them to my friends. I love the new link they provide that show my car being video recorded on the rack and the video walks me through their visual inspection.
