These folks are not representative of Infiniti dealerships. Be very wary of buying a car from them. My experience was fraught with problems. Do not trust them. Brought my vehicle to service, it was returned with the low tire pressure light illuminated. The service advisor Jeffery did not know his job at all first when I made my appointment they told me another advisor Chris would be available and would be my advisor but when I got there for my appointmen first when I made my appointment they told me another advisor Chris would be available and would be my advisor but when I got there for my appointment Chris was not there I left my car at 9:30 and by 130 they had not called me to give me an update I had to call them and they said nothing has been done on my car I paid for a diagnostic check The technician put in an AC compressor When I went to go pick my car up I let it run and the AC run and it was running hot just like before I brought it to them Tech came to check the car AC again I had to ask for him. He said it was working fine when he finished it. I had to leave my car there on Saturday afternoon and they couldn’t get to it again until Monday morning this morning 1-6-23 The service advisor told me I had to pay for another diagnostic check I said no I’ve already paid for that. The Tech needs to find out what’s going on with my car. I have a physical therapy appointment this morning I had to bring my car back to them on Saturday so that it would be there first thing this morning 1/6/23. I injured my lumbar a while back and I am getting treatments this has been very inconvenient for me Also the service manager was not very nice at all. There was no courtesy the only courtesy and nice kind treatment I received was from Miguel in the parts department and Chris the advisor which I never met just spoke to him on the phone. I hope that the Tech will start on my car first thing this morning. It has been there since Saturday afternoon More

Was pleased with the friendly and professional customer service that I received and the speed and efficiency that my deal was handled with. I test drove a new QX60 the day before and called Luis back the n service that I received and the speed and efficiency that my deal was handled with.
