They stood an additional 4 hours to ensure we got what we wanted and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle. Service consultant, Jeffery, was immediately available when I arrived for my 9am appointment. We agreed on the work to be done. I was impressed with the video of the required repairs. When I picked up my car, all current repairs and future recommended ones were explained. Overall experience was satisfactory, but cost was high as expected,, even with a thoughtful discount (senior). Sales was very nice and it was the easiest experience I've had.....BUT now that I've had my car serviced twice, once a year, I am very disappointed. It seems that if your car is not an Infiniti than the I've had.....BUT now that I've had my car serviced twice, once a year, I am very disappointed. It seems that if your car is not an Infiniti than they will not give you a loaner car at all. I told them that I purchased my 2019 MB GLC 350 from them for over $40,000 and that since they sold it to me and a service agreement that they should give me a loaner when avail. They said that "the earliest time would be 6 months from now". So I said, fine. Set it up and I'll be there and then they said they couldn't set up service for that far out. They totally blew me off. So, my advice to anyone looking to purchase a used car on their lot that isn't an Infiniti....DONT. To confirm, when I went into service and asked about getting a loaner next time I bring my car in and they said "IS that your GLC right there" and I said Yes. They then said "We do not loan out cars unless you bought an Infiniti." Don't sell other manufacturers vehicles if your not going to give the customer the same service you would if they bought yours, especially when they pre-paid for said service. More
