I was very pleased with the service that I received from Infiniti Tustin. I am reposting my review after being asked to remove it previously, as the dealership is now under new management and initially seemed willing to assist me. However, I’m leaving an updated review to ensure others are aware of my experience. Despite being told my vehicle was fixed and had undergone a 100-point inspection, the engine completely shut off while I was driving with my children on the freeway, putting us in a dangerous situation and nearly causing multiple accidents. They sold me a lemon. I’ve been going back and forth with the previous manager and couldn’t make any progress until I physically returned to the dealership because no one responds to phone calls or emails. If William or Lance sees this, I urge you to follow up on my email or return my calls as promised. Representatives have assured me multiple times that someone would get in touch, yet I’ve received no response. Update:Even the responses to all your reviews seem automated. I have tried contacting the manager for over a week and a half and I’ve left multiple messages With Nico and William. Have I heard anything yet? Not a single word. More
