I did not see much of an improvement in their service since Hyundai Valencia got acquired by AutoNation. I drove into the service center around 11: OO appointment. I had to wait half an hour to get the service person to write up my service request and take my car to the service area. They only had two service personnel assisting clients. I returned to pick up my car at 3:00 promised time. I entered the service center lobby looking for the cashier and to my surprise I was communicated to see the service personnel who had helped me to write up my service request and pay my bill and pick up my car key. It was mentioned to me that they had not hired a cashier and the reason was that it was better for the client to have a conversation with my service personnel about the issues they found during the service of my car rather talking with the cashier. Now I understand why it was taking so long with the service personnel to get to you to write up the service request. More

They always excessively underestimate how much time it will take. I had an 8:30 appt., they didn't talk to me until 8:45, and my car wasn't taken back until after 9:00.
