We own a beautiful 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Unfortunately, it required a warranty repair of some damaged paint as well as the handling of a recall on the trunk latch mechanism. I took our car to AutoNation Hyundai in Valencia and was met by Matt Wolinsky, a service advisor. He was very reassuring and I placed our car in his care with complete confidence. That was on a Monday morning. On Friday morning Matt called and told me they were able to complete our car earlier than expected. The hood had been repainted and was spectacular and beautifully finished. And the recalled trunk latch had been replaced. To top it off, their staff detailed our car inside and out, and it looked brand new when I came to pick it up. Absolutely fantastic work from start to finish. Matt was outstanding and a real pleasure to work with as well. This team definitely earned at least a 10 Star review. We will definitely be returning when there are further needs for any repairs. We had to have our 2019 Tucson, with roughly 33,500 miles, towed to the dealership. There, we found out that we needed a complete engine replacement, something about a timing chain slippage. It took about 2.5 months to get a replacement engine from Hyundai. As for the dealership, our service advisor Matt W. was very friendly and kept us informed about everything he heard from Hyundai. After the engine arrived and was installed, Matt called us and we picked it up. The day after we took it home, the engine wouldn't start. We called Matt and he drove to our home personally, tested the battery and found out it was dead. Matt jumped the car and had me follow him to the dealership where he had them install a new battery, free of charge. Although it took Hyundai 2.5 months to ship a new engine, they paid for the towing and the rental car, so we ended up with no extra out of pocket expenses. We're very happy with Matt and how the dealership handled everything, as for Hyundai, well, we'll have to see how well the vehicle holds up over time. More

Oil change and brake pads service were acceptable but had an issue with the clock's date (month, day and year) which the service department said they fixed but that was not true. They did not fix it.
