I actually made an appointment to get it looked at only to be told when I got there that my issue was low priority and wouldn’t even be seen the same day. They even made me feel like it was impossible that could happen from the autotheft update. The person that helped me out was nice and said he would try to figure it out on another day. The next visit I was expecting to get my car looked at, but the person I spoke to the first time called in sick. This time I was told it’s still low priority and due to the rare issue the turnaround time could take over a week. I was over it at this point. I decided to get my oil change that day and asked if I could get some compensation for the major inconvenience to me. I think they were able to do $10 off, which is better than nothing, but still would have preferred better assistance with this issue. Literally went there 3 times. To get the autotheft update, then get told it wouldn’t be seen the same day, then told I would have to leave my car there for over a week. I still have the issue and have decided to just deal with it and check my tire pressure manually myself every couple months. Also, don’t understand how this is low priority considering, knowing I have adequate tire pressure at any give time should be considered a safety issue. I’m done with Hyundai.
