The service department needs to be more efficient. They use a call center for making appointments instead of a direct call to the on location department. Bringing in your car can be a wait as you must see the “advisor” assigned to you. That’s by appointment. However, picking up your vehicle is another story. They don’t have a service desk where you go to pay and then have your vehicle called up. You have to wait to see your “adviser” who will take care of it. If your advisor is busy with another customer it can he a long wait. The folks ste very friendly and it’s not their fault. It’s management at Autonation Hyundai of Valencia. And by the way, if you live more than 6-8 miles from the dealership, they will not shuttle you as they don’t have one. Instead they call Lyft and will pay for up to 6-8 miles at which point you will be dropped off and perhaps get the Lyft driver to continue or make other arrangements. This is not the way to run a dealership. More

Had my car towed in and was informed that because it was so busy and many cars before me waiting to be looked at, that I would have to wait a week and a half to get a diagnosis.
