When I arrived, they had nothing in the computer even though I had scheduled and listed the items I wanted done online. This is the same crap that Parkway used to do when they owned the dealership. Then I was informed I would have to leave the car a week because they would not be able to do the diagnostics on the air conditioning for at least 5 to 7 days and that this was a much shorter time than just 3 months ago. My Genesis (still Hyundai at that time), is an awesome car. That is why I still have it after 11 years. When it comes to service however, Parkway was lacking in this area, and I pray AutoNation will not pick up all the same bad habits. The service writer was polite, and the remainder of the staff was polite but don't bother with the online if you will ignore it and warn people that you don't have the mechanics to do diagnostics. If anything, you should flag the diagnostics when people request service online and let them know the window or date when you can work with the vehicle. More

When I back the rush the employees to get me the car because he said they may get off early was my car was the last one. He says it's in the wash, the people bring it up.... unwashed. I ask why it's not washed and he said he didn't have time (because his boss was rushing him). I made him wash it. Such a joke. Didn't even offer to make my diag appt and kept complaining about having 262 cars on the lot. He could've sent me somewhere since I drove all the way down there to have this done and let me make an appt. Too casual of a place in my opinion. He also said come back in about 750 miles but my oil tag says 14,000 on the dot--- which is less than 6000. When you enter it says "we take pride in your vehicle.....". Next to foot cover papers for the mats and stuff.... never used in my vehicle. More

Matthew Wolinsky and the service team at Autonation Santa Clarita were outstanding. My daughter had just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (from a private used car dealer) and one week after the purchase, the Clarita were outstanding. My daughter had just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (from a private used car dealer) and one week after the purchase, the engine failed. We had the car towed to Autonation and spoke with Matt the following day. He informed me that they were extremely backed up on diagnostics and it could be 2-3 week's before it could be looked at. I received a phone call from Matt less than a week later and he informed me that the engine failed but it would be recalled at no cost to us. Less than a week after that I received another call and Matt informed me that the car was all ready to go with a new engine. Could not be more pleased with Matt's professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend this dealership for service. More
