Bad customer service experience. I purchased a brand new 2015 Sonata on 08/31/2015.To my surprise,the driver's window was not working.The sales representive told me since the vehicle I purchased a brand new 2015 Sonata on 08/31/2015.To my surprise,the driver's window was not working.The sales representive told me since the vehicle was under warranty,I could schedule an appointment for the window to to repaired.On my first appointment for the repair,I was provided a rental from Enterprise for the day,since I had to go to work that day.The drop off time was around 8:45am that morning.I receive a call from the service advisor around 3:15pm that very same day,was told the driver's window needed a switch for the driver's power window,which Parts Dept did not have in stock.The part would have to be directly ordered from Hyundai.Schedule a second appointment one week later,since receiving a call the part had arrived at the dealership.Took the day off from work,decided to wait for the vehicle to have the switch installed on that day.While sitting in the waiting room,was approach by the service advisor,was told the switch came in the package ,but was cracked.The package was not inspected after sitting on the shelf for about one week after it had arrived.The service advisor said a new order would need to be place for another switch to Hyundai a second time.I decided at this point to leave the vehicle at the dealership until the driver's window was repaired.Provided a rental second time again.Vehicle was finally repaired in 24 hours.Not a good customer service for purchasing a brand new vehicle.Would of appreciate much better communication. More
Pretty Good I had a very good experience at the dealership. They are friendly. They did forget one promise. Jacobson (salesman) promised to take care of the reimbursement (about $200), I called a couple of times and no response.To be honest I'm not surprised. Make the sale, a good one, then forget the buyer. More
