This was my first time taking my car to Ian for service since the dealership became AutoNation instead of Parkway. I think the switch over happened just a few days before, but everything went smoothly in m since the dealership became AutoNation instead of Parkway. I think the switch over happened just a few days before, but everything went smoothly in my opinion. I had 75,000 mile service done on my car and it took about a few hours to get done. I was intrigued about all the changes coming to the dealership in the coming year. More
I wish I could leave a better review. Edward our salesman was great. We purchased a new 2022 Tucson. We decided to drop our additional Gap insurance and Elite Portfolio Wrap. Came into dewaiting ng2 weeks later, was assured by dealer manager that it would done within 6 weeks, still waiting since October22, have called finance numerous times. Checked with finance company, get another story that it only takes 3 or 4 days to compete. We asked for a check for services already paid for upon cancelation, still nothing. At this point we wonder if they are pushing past the 60 day cancelation period. More
Second time doing business with this dealership. Both times were great. We've always been treated well. My last visit 2/21, our salesman was Roger. been using parkway service for years. All ways straight to the point. And reasonably priced. Not this time..had to pay for a rental car because the couldn't get vehicle finished in time. The next day paid to the point. And reasonably priced. Not this time..had to pay for a rental car because the couldn't get vehicle finished in time. The next day paid a ridiculous price for a job that should have been done in under 30 min. I even had diagnosis code for them. 1 bolt and a clip and 1 new coil pack ran me close to 400.00 dollars. I'm no mechanic I bought a coil pack and installed it in about 6 minutes. Hahaha but I installed it on the wrong cylinder. Opps my bad. But the tech should have noticed that in the first 5 min. Umm 3 dirty coils 1 new coil.. code reading mis fire in 3rd cylinder....its pretty obvious the new coil pack was installed in the wrong spot. Yet it took 3 hours to be told they needed another day to figure this out. So after a rental car and almost a 400.00 invoice I have learned it will cost you big bucks to install a coil on the wrong cylinder. And the service manager wouldn't compinsate this price gouge. Now on another view. Hyndai has a great car. And Schumann on the sales side is super cool and a great man to buy a car from. As far as service i will drive out of my way to another dealer for anything I may need in the future. Thanks parkway for all the good times you provided in the past. Not gonna get me again....lesson learned... More

Hopefully, it will save potential customers the waste of time that I went through. Safe yourselves some time, do NOT trust this dealership's internet sales dept or finance dept. That's all I can speak to, although I can't imagine any dept there is any different. They'll waste your time, telling you what you want to hear until they finally get you on phone or in person, just to let you know that everything you've precisely communicated to them is thrown out the window! I'll follow up with screenshots of my requests and their "supposed" ability/willingness to make it happen. Unfortunately, it was just manipulation to achieve voice to voice contact w/me rather than emails/texts. Companies dont like paper trails of documentation. More
Lease nightmare We were told that if we leased a new Hyundai Santa Fe they would take our Buick Enclave on trade since the lease was up. We put down more than $7000 in customer cash as well as more than $3000 from incentives. All this was suppose to take care of the lease down payment and excess miles that were more than the end of lease agreement. They even inspected the car at their Buick dealership for wear and tear and we were told all was good so we made the deal. Much to my surprise we received a bill from GM financial for more than $2000 in excess wear and tear and overage miles. I was told by the sales person and his manager the Buick we traded in was good to go. If I knew there would be more charges added I would never have done the deal and would have just taken the car back to the original dealer we leased from for return. I since made a deal with GM for $925 to cover what they referred to as excess wear and tear and miles but Parkway refused to pay one dime of it. I believe we were told what we wanted to hear just so we'd lease a new vehicle. I believe they will sell a car at any cost and are not a reputable dealer. More
