Ian Archer (Service Advisor) was great. He explained and answered every question I had regarding my vehicle (Service, Parts, etc.) and regarding my paperwork I have with Parkway Hyundai. After my service I left AutoNation Hyundai with no complaints. HUGE HUGE difference from Parkway Hyundai to AutoNation Hyundai. Not to be mean, but Parkway Hyundai (Building) was very old, out dated, even when they tried expanding to the other building next door, it just didn't feel warming, pleasant. With this new building (AutoNation Hyundai) you can feel, see the difference. The building is very nice, even though it was the old Mini Cooper building, it's still a very very nice building, much much better than the Parkway Hyundai building. I felt that the employees were much happier (well at least that's the vibe I got). Everyone was smiling and laughing, helpful, overall it felt vey inviting. To everyone... Thank You!!!! This was my first visit at this location after recently moving to Valencia. I needed an oil change and the service light recently came on from low tire pressure. I also added a transmission fluid change se moving to Valencia. I needed an oil change and the service light recently came on from low tire pressure. I also added a transmission fluid change service. Check in was easy, and Anthony quickly took care of the paperwork. Left the car for the day, no shuttle or ride share service offered. Received a call later in the day that the car would be done in an hour and headed back to dealer. Paid and picked up the car after a wash. The service light for low air pressure was still on. I asked why isn't the light off if the tires were filled? I was told the light would reset after driving a couple of miles and the tires had been filled. The light never went off as I drove home. I checked my PSI on all 4 tires, one tire was 8 PSI lower than the other three after driving. I filled the tire, and the light immediately went off. After paying over $500 for my service, and receiving paperwork all four tires had been filled and the car driven to test, I now question if what I'm paying for is actually done to the vehicle. I did call and tell the service rep what had happened, and he said he will inform the service foreman. Not a great first impression. More
