We brought our lease vehicle in for an oil change on 5/3/23. This is a free service. I waited a long time for the oil change, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. I drove 5 hours to visit family and whil 5/3/23. This is a free service. I waited a long time for the oil change, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. I drove 5 hours to visit family and while it was parked I noticed it was leaking a lot of oil. We took it to the local Hyundai dealer and they charged us $60 replace a defective oil filter. Defective parts happen, that’s not a big deal , either. The Hyundai service department in Merced told us to get in touch with Hyundai Valencia and they would reimburse us for the $60. We’ve called and left messages with the service manager, general manager and others, they will not answer the phone and they will not call back. Now I’m angry. The level of service is just awful. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. More

I was considering between Toyota Camry Hybrid LE and Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Blue. After visiting both dealerships, I was impressed with both Ted & Nick’s professionalism and they explained pros and cons of Hyundai Hybrid and competitions.
