I received a letter informing me that my new vehicle was due for an oil change - it has already been done (in Oct.) and not entered into my records at idriveonline. This, coupled with the oil change taking due for an oil change - it has already been done (in Oct.) and not entered into my records at idriveonline. This, coupled with the oil change taking over two hours, leads me to believe that we are not really off to a good start. More
