Hyundai of Tempe has been the best experience I have had with purchasing and owning a vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership and am getting ready for my third. The reason that I continue to return to this dealership is the superior service, attention to detail, and the personal interrelations with the staff. You are treated as if you own a $100,000 dollar vehicle every-time you come in for service. In my opinion it is the service and sales approach that makes the entire car ownership experience. If I were interested in another car manufacturer, I would really give it a second thought in that I would most likely not receive the same excellent level of service as I do at Hyundai of Tempe.I greatly like that I have ONE service agent that cares for my car and oversees its service needs. Donna and Tony are the best! Of course, all of the service agents are equally as helpful The amazing service and a good product is why I will continue to purchase and recommend this dealership. I have taken my 2005 Sante Fe in regularly for it's normal servicing and each time Donna Anderson has been exceptional. Just recently my radiator hose clamp & cap issues caused my coolant to leak exces normal servicing and each time Donna Anderson has been exceptional. Just recently my radiator hose clamp & cap issues caused my coolant to leak excessively. I showed up unexpectantly and Donna was there immediately to assist me. She provided the great courteousness & professionalism that I've grown accustomed to from our past dealings. My husband was going out of town for the weekend so I was going to possibly be without a car for a few days. With Donna's concern and efficient service she was able to get all repairs made by end of day. I had my car back for the weekend!! I'll keep coming back as needed!! You're the best Donna!! Casey Grant has the greatest personality. He makes you feel very comfortable. I feel he is very trustworthy. He makes sure you know what is going on when you are waiting. I always call and make an apppointment with him to come in and would not come in on a day he is not there. He is a real asset to your dealership. I am so glad that I came to your dealership for sevice. In the past I felt I could get just as good a service at one of the many shop other than a dealership. I never got as good service as I have with you all. I atribute it to Casey and all your really good mechanics. I trust you all. More

Also after an inspection found several pending issues, I was told which ones neede to be taken care of first. I will be back for the rear breaks in the next week . More

I have never been to a dealership service area where the employees are so friendly and the place is always neat and clean. At first, I loved this place. They were friendly, and I thought the quality of work was high. I am a young woman, and they seemed as though they were giving me great deals for service. However, I believed I had a problem with the engine, and they kept telling me that the car was okay for two years. Eventually, I became frustrated enough to speak to the service manager. He basically told me that if his guys found nothing wrong with the car, I was imagining things, but if it was really bothering me, that I should consider getting a new car. At this point, I decided to check out a different Certified Hyundai Dealership. They found and fixed the problem in two hours. Additionally, I had some work needed on the window motor and sunroof. Hyundai of Tempe had quoted over $400 more than the new Hyundai dealer (Chapman Hyundai)... and this was without giving them a quote. Although Hyundai of Tempe appears to be giving people a good deal, in reality they start with a higher asking price for their services, drop it a hundred dollars or so to make the customer feel as though they got a deal, and don't adequately fix the mechanical problem.
