I brought my car in for my first oil change that was free from when I first purchased the car. It had a hum when put in gear so I had them check that while it was there. They found a cellnoid in the transmis from when I first purchased the car. It had a hum when put in gear so I had them check that while it was there. They found a cellnoid in the transmission was causing the sound and rather than just fix it and hope it was done they replaced the entire transmission. Since the car is a 2010 I would not have expected that it needed changed, but was very pleased that they stood behind the car and changed it out at no cost.
