My service advisor was always keeping me updated with the work on my car. And the time it would take to finish the job. The pricing was of standard to other dealerships around the same area. I brought my car in immediately after I heard a "pop" sound. Tina came out and greeted me and took my information and my account of what had happened. She offered me a shuttle to work. Later in the day, she contacted me to tell me that she has a loaner vehicle for me to use while they were waiting for a backordered part; she also explained to me what exactly broke on my car. I came in the next day to pick up the loaner vehicle and was on my way within 15 minutes. The service was quick and professional. I had my car back by friday, which was sooner than what I was told; which made me happy to say the least. Thank you very much Hyundai and especially Tina for making the experience easy and friendly. From the moment I spoke with Ryan regarding needing urgent warrenty service on my Vera Cruz he was very accomodating, friendly and thorough. Had my 2009 Sonata in for it's 12000 mile maintanence service. David showed me around the new service area waiting room and made sure I was comfortable...also offered me the shuttle service if I needed service. David said service would take about an hour and it was exactly one hour! We chatted a bit about used Hyundais and how they are flying off the lot.
