the new waiting area is awsome with the coffee and snacks- do wish there was a restroom in the service area for customers however. I don't know anything about cars and he is patient with me when I have to give my Husband a call to let him know what's wrong and how much repairs will be to see what we need to get done. He is very professional and it is amazing at such a young age-that he is such a natural. I don't ever dread calling to make an appt. More
Dave was really helpful and friendly. I was worried I was going to get raked over the coals, but he grandfathered a warranty and completed all the maintanance on my car at a reasonable rate. From the time I arrived to driving away experience was excellent, Donna was super reviewing what services needed to be done and did not need to be done at this time. Service was quick and well done. Needed some warranty and non-warranty work done on the care. Worked with Casey in getting all of it done. The service department is great. The very first time I had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday mor had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday morning on my way to the dealership. Called roadside and I had a truck to me within 30 min. When I got to the dealer I met with David to tell him what was going on. He assured me that everything was fine and that he would take care of me. He even called to give me an update on my car as he knew I was worried. Keep up the fantastic job however I hope not to see you guys for awhile =) More
The service is very personal. Dave always either remembers me or looks me up in the computer before I get there so I feel very welcome and like a friend is helping me. He goes out of his way.
