We had a transmission problem with our Elantra and brought it in to be diagnosed. Donna was our service representative. Donna was very cordial and carried herself in a professional manner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly all the time I was there. Ryan was in a meeting part of the time and I was checked in for my appointment quickly. The service was done quickly and car washed. Though there is another Hyundai dealership right next to my workplace, I don't want to risk anything less than the superior service that I receive from Hyundai of Tempe. Donna always explains everything fully and accurately, manages expectations well, and provides updates while my car is being worked on. I can honestly say that I've never worked with an auto service advisor - anywhere - that I've liked more than Donna. I hope she stays as long as I have my Hyundai, because she is a pleasure to work with. Also, the atmosphere in the waiting area, fruit, coffee and bagels were a wonderful treat. Their service department is top notch, even when unexpected issues arise they go above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable with what happened, and keep me informed as to the status of my car. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the service. We were greeted well, the facilities were clean, the customer waiting area is wonderful. Only 1 minor thing; I asked Ryan to have the mechanic lubricate the door on the front console since it creaks. I had not mentioned this to him when I scheduled the appointment and apparently it slipped his mind. No big problem. We love your dealership, both sales and service. More
