Your Service Advisor was able to give me an honest assessment of the different issues with the vehicle. The car was purchased 3 months ago at another dealership. Although the issues are normal wear & tear, I would've much preferred not to have to repair the vehicle within the first few months. Now I am told I need two new tires, new brakes & a stop light lamp replaced, that costs $3, but $110 for labor to replace. I was a bit shocked by the price I was quoted at your dealer of $160 for a new battery, but is to be expected for genuine parts. Overall, I think the service was great & may just have to make this the dealership I come to when purchasing my next vehicle. More

Donna was very friendly and nice. She called me when she was supposed to and let me know about each step. It took a couple of hours for them to take a look at my car but once they did they fixed it very qui was supposed to and let me know about each step. Donna is always so friendly and helpful when I bring my vehicles in for service. She makes sure that I know exactly what to expect for pricing and before I leave she always goes over any items recommended vehicles in for service. Overall the experience was very good. What brought it down a bit for us was a failure to clean the car (vacuum), until we called attention to it, and apparently re-setting radio stations (though this may down a bit for us was a failure to clean the car (vacuum), until we called attention to it, and apparently re-setting radio stations (though this may actually have been because of disconnecting the battery). Donna had the first corrected quickly, when we called her attention to it. We continue to have a good experience with Tempe Hyundai, with now nearly 120,000 miles on our Santa Fe, and nearly all the service done there, except when traveling. Because parts had to be ordered, we received a loaner car for a couple of days and greatly appreciated that service. Donna continues to be a pleasure to deal with. We shared with Donna a travel blog of our daughter and her husband, as they are driving across Mexico (from Cancun to Puerto Penasco), in a 1972 VW Safari or "Thing". Donna called to receive my approval for work to be done, and it was completed in timely manner. She even brought car to the driveway.
