Casey Grant correctly identified the cause of the noise from our Azera and gave an estimate of the time needed to repair. The repair was completed in even less time than was estimated and the car was wash from our Azera and gave an estimate of the time needed to repair. When making the appointment, I had stated that I needed to drop the car off and get a ride back to work. I was told that would be no problem. When I arrived, the shuttle was out, and I was told it would to drop the car off and get a ride back to work. I was told that would be no problem. When I arrived, the shuttle was out, and I was told it would be right back. I waited over an hour and a half, and my car was done before the shuttle ever returned. This caused me to miss a very important meeting at work. Had I been informed that this was possible, I could have made other arrangements for a ride and would not have missed the meeting. It was very misleading that I was told there would be no problem getting me back to work right away. More
