Had a great experience on Friday, June 24th at the I10 & Eliot dealership in Tempe. I stopped in the service department becaus emy AC was not working properly. John Pereyra was my Service Advisor. I was having the 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a softw 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a software download that should be done for the auto transmission and the gas flap had been sticking for some people. He said he recomended that I should have it done. I agreed. When the car was finished, I ask him to come out and help me sinc my new cell phone to the car. He was more than willing to help me and took him only a few minutes to complete. He was very friendly and professional at all times. More
