I wasn't told until I arrived at appt, there was no remedy at the time. Why wasn't I informed before coming in? There was an ECM recall that was there, but could have been done at a later time. Secondly, I asked about getting oil change, I also found that I was not due for an oil change till 5000 miles from last oil change in April. I hadn't did 3000 miles and I was still given or at least charged for an oil change. Why was I not contacted to say it was not time for the oil change? Feel like it was not a good experience. On a positive note...Staff was friendly. More
Jake was efficient at check in. Service took only an hour. Waiting room with wifi, television and coffee is comfortable. Vehicle was washed and cooled down for my departure. Our family has bought 5 Hyundai cars from this dealer. We've had 100% of our service down there on all these cars as well. We always had great experiences with this dealership. About 3 or 4 months ago thi We've had 100% of our service down there on all these cars as well. We always had great experiences with this dealership. About 3 or 4 months ago this place headed down hill fast. Almost impossible to get a car in for service, even for an oil change. We recently had to set an appointment 4 weeks out just to get a clutch looked at. When the appointment day came we took it in and was told it would be another 2 or 3 days to look at it but leave it with them in case they get to it sooner. I asked for them to get me a rental car and I was told only if I also do a $1,400 major maintenance on the car or I am on my own. So, you don't keep an appointment I booked a month ago so need to keep my car a few days but are not willing to get me a rental? So we decided to pick the car up and have it looked at elsewhere. When we went to pick it up we had to wait 30 minutes for someone just to get our car to pick it up. The place is looking like a ghost town and clearly has a skeleton crew for the quantity of workers and customers have had enough. There were plenty of other customers waiting for staff to see while we were waiting as well. After 12 years of loyalty with this dealership we are now done. More

Arrived for my 7:00 am appointment, and the service department was prompt on taking my car in for service. Services requested were completed timely.
