I have purchased my vehicles from AutoNation for the last 10 years and about 6 years ago was blessed to meet Amanda Dell, Service Advisor. She is an amazing service advisor and so very helpful. She clearly 10 years and about 6 years ago was blessed to meet Amanda Dell, Service Advisor. She is an amazing service advisor and so very helpful. She clearly cares about her clients, has a great personality for customer service, honest and makes a huge difference by working with her client's budget and yet keeping customer's safe. She is awesome and it is so very sad to know she is leaving. She has been the only service advisor that I have had who is knowledgeable, great personality, professional and there for us. Thank you and good luck Amanda in your future endeavors. AutoNation you are loosing a diamond for sure. More

The Hyundai Service Department has worked under and provided excellent service through the COVID-19 pandemic; reduction in staff; difficulty getting parts; continued short staff. It took a long time to get an appointment for my maintenance visit. After dropping my car off, I was notified that the 15,000 mile visit would be $799 despite being told, when I purchased the car, t maintenance visit. After dropping my car off, I was notified that the 15,000 mile visit would be $799 despite being told, when I purchased the car, that there was a maintenance plan included. Also, I asked them to look at a software glitch with the door locks and was told they only could look at it if I left the car there for 1.5 weeks as that was their first availability. The advisor was nice enough, but I do not have faith that when I do have issues, I will be able to get my car worked on in a timely manner or that my 100,000 mile warranty will actually cover anything. More
Worst service center I have ever dealt with. Their staff exasperated the service issue I had with my car and then refused to do anything in an attempt to resolve the issue. DO NOT GO TO AUTONATION HYUNDAI TEMPE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION HYUNDAI TEMPE!!! A screw broke off of our sun visor on our 2016 Genesis was told to bring it in it would be a five minute DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION HYUNDAI TEMPE!!! A screw broke off of our sun visor on our 2016 Genesis was told to bring it in it would be a five minute fix brought it in they did not have the screw had to order it, we were called to bring it back in and it was the wrong screw they ordered it again, brought it back and we made the mistake of picking it up when it was getting dark and it was raining and could not really see the car. When we went out to our car in the sun light they had damage the roof of our car by over drilling the screw and it almost went through the roof of our car and but a hole in it and messed up the paint and they did not tell us. The whole roof had to be repainted. The car only has 6,200 miles.. So far we have been to the dealership 13 times and the paint still does not match our car and the General Manager still has never called us or will return our emails. Their response is oh well this is the best that we can do come pick up your car. When we have asked for who is over the General Manager no one seems to know. We were lied to by the sales staff about the features of the car and having a loner car avalible when ever we took our car in for service. It took 3 visits to get the window tint correct. We have received zero customer service, communiction and service from this dealership. Our new car is ruined while in the hands our this dealership and has not been put back to how it was prior to dropping it off for service. They do not deserve 1 star. More
