My first time at Autonation Hyundai Tempe. I brought my car in because it was overheating. There were Covid issues with several service techs at other dealerships, so the backlog was heavy. My service manager, Jerry, said it would be about a week before he could get started on it, however he called me in four days, stating he was ready to roll and that my car would be ready that same day or the next. Sadly, I didn’t hear back from him for four days, so I called and left a message, asking for an update. He called the next day and said that my car would be ready the following day. Two days later, it was ready. I arrived near the end of the day and my car was actually not ready. The install of the new hoses and thermostat was done poorly, so the car was leaking fluid. Also the taillight, which needed to be replaced, wasn’t done. Jerry sent me home with a rental car, since he couldn’t get my car done quickly. Arriving the next day, my car was ready, having cost much more than the estimate but still less than another dealership. Would I return to Autonation for service? I’m not sure. Since Covid affected the job in such a strange way, I will probably give them another chance. Jerry was personable and knowledgeable throughout the process. More

My service rep Joe gave me updated information every day and was very nice. It was understood they were understaffed, but they had my car for three days to look at a faulty light. Since they have my car, I and was very nice. It was understood they were understaffed, but they had my car for three days to look at a faulty light. Since they have my car, I decided to go with a 30K mile service. In the process of them going throughout my car to check everything, my windshield wipers were not connected back up. And, I discovered this while driving in a sudden rain storm this weekend. Thank goodness the one on the driver side was hooked up. I am going to try and fix the problem myself because I can't go without a car for another three days to have my windshield wiper reconnected. They usually providing me the best service, but this time...I was a bit disappointed. More
