Anthony was great however the service waiting area, though comfortable, was a little lacking. Coffee and water only. No vending machines, popcorn or anything else to make the wait time pass other tha though comfortable, was a little lacking. Coffee and water only. I bought my car at this place six years ago. I’ve been bringing it to get service here for that long and today was the worst experience that I’ve had with Ashley Cude. My appointment was at 11 a I’ve been bringing it to get service here for that long and today was the worst experience that I’ve had with Ashley Cude. My appointment was at 11 and she didn’t get to me until 11:20 and she didn’t apologize for being late. She was quite rude and seemed annoyed by my presence. I explained all the issues with my car, but she just pointed out that I was dropping it off. I insisted on waiting for it to be checked, but she warned me that it might not be seen that day. This is where things started to escalate. I asked when I could bring it back for a check-up, and she informed me that they were extremely busy and all the other stores had a backlog of up to three months. I questioned the purpose of making an appointment and bringing my car in if there was a chance it wouldn't be checked anyway. The situation worsened to the point where she involved her manager. Thankfully, the manager was a very nice and understanding person. He informed me that it would take a couple of hours, and I initially planned to wait. However, after discussing it with my boyfriend, I realized that there are many other places where I can take my car and have it seen on the same day, without the attitude. Therefore, I decided to leave, and they will never see me again. It's disappointing that after being a customer at this place for six years, one person can ruin it for me. Maybe they don't care about the money they're losing, but I will choose to spend my money elsewhere. More
Service Advisor Anthony was pleasant, calm and very hardworking. If not for him, waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change with a confirmed appointment would have been unbearable.
