Own 3 Santa Fe's - all serviced at this dealership. Service is quick, great waiting area, and only perform service needed thanks to great Service Rep - Jake Washatka. I brought my car in for a recall and an oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. They used the wrong oil in my car, they overfilled my oil, and when I went to drain the excess oil out of my car I f filter change and tire rotation. They used the wrong oil in my car, they overfilled my oil, and when I went to drain the excess oil out of my car I found that 4 of the 5 plastic fasteners were not replaced and there was oil on the bottom of my oil filter which leads me to believe it may be leaking. This also does not make me feel very comfortable that the high fuel pipe inspection was done correctly. Maybe it was, but I would think that was a little more technical than changing the oil which was done wrong. More

My first visit to service department was very smooth. All service completed faster than expected.
