I was just in having an oil change and because Jake told me my brakes were showing signs of wear. I had informed him that I felt something wasn't right when I stepped on the brakes. Do not take your vehicle here for service. Very unprofessional and just play the blame game, pointing fingers at the other guy for excuses as to why they cannot get the work done.
