I had an appointment set for 11:00 am for an oil change ~ Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour to an hour and a half for service to be completed he was spot on ~ one hour!!! I was impressed with the person who cashed me out, he went over charges with me and explained each one, he also found over charge and corrected it and used my coupons for added savings . I took my Accent to AutoNation Friday after I had trouble starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. Service (Peter) took me in without an appointment a starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. Service (Peter) took me in without an appointment and replaced the battery in short order. I have always received good service at AutoNation and I appreciate their willingness to fit me in to their busy schedule. More
The oil change I scheduled was completed and I was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I remember that, but was not given any check-off paperwork to show what was checked and what need my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. Approximately 2 weeks later my battery needed to be replaced. Wouldn’t that have been noted in a check-up of my car? More
