Excellent service. I had multiple routine services due to the fact I had driven the car less than 5000 miles in the past 15 months and the fact that the car has 100,000 I had multiple routine services due to the fact I had driven the car less than 5000 miles in the past 15 months and the fact that the car has 100,000 miles on it. Had all the fluids flushed and changed, trans flush, fuel flush, brake flush and tune up. Car has never run better. Max, the service rep did a great job of informing me of all the needed items and provided updated throughout. I only bring my cars to this shop for service for this very reason. More

NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONES. . NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO REPEATEDLY CALL NUMEROUS TIMRS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERS! Then in order to reach the service department you have to select a diff . NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO REPEATEDLY CALL NUMEROUS TIMRS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERS! Then in order to reach the service department you have to select a different department to actually get someone. Hire someone to answer their phones! Also better information should be give about the fact they may not be able to fix car the same day especially when a person is traveling a long way for service. More
