You had my car for 1 week to complete simple repairs to my 2015 Sonata. I specifically asked ny service adviser Corbin to save the old part. He failed to do so. I also asked Corbin what brand of oil they my 2015 Sonata. I specifically asked ny service adviser Corbin to save the old part. He failed to do so. I also asked Corbin what brand of oil they use. He said that they used Pennzoil. The paperwork said Quakerstate. The repair work seems to be OK, but it was just completed. I'm giving you 1 star, and that is generous. More
Brought my sonata in for service. They are very poor at returning calls they suggested air filter replacement I called back several times unable to reach the advisor. Finally after several attempts I finally reached him and said they would perform the work . Then after my wife picked up the car the receipt said declined. Also other work they recommended I never heard about until I reviewed my receipt. It shows declined but never heard from anyone. Now I have to dig in to validate if they replaced the air filter. I give a 2 star because the work performed look correct but reaching the service department and speaking to someone is very difficult. It is not until you pick up the car you find out they recommend more work. 2 year ago they recommended new brakes but they didn’t say which ones. Then I took my car to another mechanic and the brakes were pads and rotors were fine all the way In healthy specifications. I am still using those brakes and they are still within specifications. What gives? More
Max Moon was very kind, professional and communicated well. My car was towed to the dealership while they were closed and the following day the mechanic had already had it in the shop and had a diagnosi well. I was told by other dealerships it could take 7-10 days to diagnose. So Tempe was fast and it was so helpful! More
Took my car in for the 1st warranty Oil change. Even with all of the construction i was able to find the service area. Max worked with me and was very thorough on what to expect from him and the Even with all of the construction i was able to find the service area. I will continue to use this dealership for my maint. and in the future when i need a new vehicle. More
This dealership's service department has really gone downhill in the last year or so. I've been coming here since 2013 to service my Genesis. As of late, the service department NEVER answers the phone downhill in the last year or so. I've been coming here since 2013 to service my Genesis. As of late, the service department NEVER answers the phone, so simply interacting is impossible. That being said. I had this experience on my last visit. Brought in on appointment for a front bumper sensor issue (as well as an oil change and asked to have A/C evac'd and re-charged) on an appointment for a Saturday made around 40 days in advance. Was told they didn't have a sensor to repair/replace, even though that is what the appointment was for. Some anticipation of parts needed would have been nice. On Saturday night was told oil change and A/C was done but that sensor part not in until Tuesday, now I'm renting a vehicle and out ~$200. On Tuesday told Wednesday, on Wednesday told maybe Friday, maybe go into following week. I picked up my car on Wednesday and was told I'd be called when part came in. 2+ weeks later... no call, and of course my 10+ calls to their service department go unanswered. So, just an absolute train wreck of an experience where I'm out $200 and no further on my sensor issue. I'd fight them on the money, but not sure where I'd get with this group. I'm just simply going to take my business elsewhere and never set foot in this place again. More
