Poor reception upon arrival. Arrived 7:20 for 7:30 appt. 1 person working client outside while 4 others sat at terminals. No one came out to greet me. Service time took over 2 hours, which I thought was somewhat excessive. Thought it should be more like 1.5 to 2 hrs. Not impressed More

You know I don't really need to go to a dealership for just a regular oil change. But I value the personable treatment of the service advisor, Ms. Ashley, she gives importance to her customers.
