Poor reception upon arrival. Arrived 7:20 for 7:30 appt. 1 person working client outside while 4 others sat at terminals. No one came out to greet me. Service time took over 2 h More

Increase awareness of staff to watch for and intervene when a customer pulls up. Don't wait for them to come inside. This is the first dealership that I had to solicit help upon arrival. Have always had someone come out to greet me even if they were not my rep. Improve turnaround time for normal oil change, rotation service.
