Car leaking oil after service. No call back about the problem. Passenger seat was covered in grime when the car was picked up. Was offered to bring it back to get it cleaned. I’m s No call back about the problem. Passenger seat was covered in grime when the car was picked up. Was offered to bring it back to get it cleaned. I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to come back when it is convenient for you nor should this have been a problem to start with. Was also presented with the 30k mile service option for $1600. Really happy I declined that. Overall a real poor experience More
Max was my service advisor for my 02/2023 visit. I explained my concerns. Max kept me updated on the process. He gave me updates and costs and work time. Great experience with Max! Normally I avoid the dealership but after his help, I would happily go back for assistance with my car. Thank you Max for great customer service!! More
Chris, the service advisor was great. I have a "lifetime" battery warranty directly with AutoNation. I have used the warranty to replace my battery about three times now and each visit I have a "lifetime" battery warranty directly with AutoNation. I have used the warranty to replace my battery about three times now and each visit to AutoNation is very frustrating. Each visit has lead to me leaving my car for the ENTIRE DAY, and the technicians decide on their own to perform an evaluation of my car, which is NOT what I left my car for. I clearly explain that I am there to exercise the warranty on the lifetime battery, NOT for car maintenance. In the past when I used AutoNation for servicing my car, it would take days and up to a week to get my car back due to lack of technicians (I was told this by the service department manager); so I changed where I get service that is reasonable and timely. I have to use AutoNation for this lifetime battery warranty, and I will continue to use them for that aspect ONLY for my vehicle. I would respectfully request that service management investigate this poor process of replacing the lifetime batteries in hopes to improve customer satisfaction, and possibly earn back my business. Had oil change with Jake as my usual service guy. He is polite, knowledgeable, and gets my jokes! He said they were backed up and it might be 2 and a half hours. Came in at just under 2 hours. Super classy place. The waiting room had a plug-in for my computer. There was a recall on my car and was there for four hours, but it was comfortable and quiet. Fairly easy to make appointment. The first time was for a recall of the"High pressure fuel pump to the fuel rail" So after about 3 hours, it was done. The dealership is under HEAVY r The first time was for a recall of the"High pressure fuel pump to the fuel rail" So after about 3 hours, it was done. The dealership is under HEAVY re-construction and the waiting area sucks. When driving home (a good hour, each way) noticed that car engine did not shut off at long red lights. So received 2nd re-call notice went back to same dealer. Another mistake. This was for the "transmission high pressure oil pump possible malfunction". This time it took 2+ hours to repair. Told service advisor about the engine cut off, and he said it was all right and working. Well that was B.S. Still doesn't work, and the dealership is still a shambles. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. I should be paid for the four hours it took to drive back & forth twice. God only knows if the repair work was done properly? I think they should have more mechanics, I don't know because customers are not allowed back there. Oh there was no way to get a loaner for the time I waisted waiting, unless I rented a car. More
I love this dealership and not just because it’s close to my house. I can always get in for service within a reasonable number of days, the answer, my questions, and even wash the car!
