I called the General Manager's number above 5 times. Put on hold each time for greater that 12 mins; after 12 minutes I hung up. I tried one last time and spoke with the Assistant General Manager that agreed that the above process that I described for the lifetime battery warranty was not good, and needs to be improved upon. He said he would speak with the Service Manager. He also suggested that I try another AutoNation to see if their service was better. Unsure how to proceed in about 18-24 months when I need another new battery. Stay tuned !

I don't believe it would make any difference. The GM would just spin another one of their ( regular excuses) No, I got shafted when I bought the car with the fast talking sales poplin San Tan, now I can't get the car to run the way it should have before I brought it to Auto Nation. And of course, they wouldn't show me how to fix it. Only recourse is to contact the mfg.
