I brought in my 2023 Santa Fe with less than 7000 miles for a free oil change and what I thought was warranty work. However, nobody at their dealer was available to re-align the hood, which was lifted in t for a free oil change and what I thought was warranty work. However, nobody at their dealer was available to re-align the hood, which was lifted in the right front corner and which was not noticed by me at purchase. Since they said it was body work and they don't have a body shop, they told me I had to take it to a body shop and pay out of pocket! Also: They wanted to charge me a $150 diagnostic fee to check why my front wheels would shimmy upon braking hard or when braking downhill. The problem was either a wheel out of balance or a warped rotor, which should be warranty work. The tires were at proper air pressure btw. I don't know that they have wheel balancing capabilities after learning they had no body shop. After checking with another dealer, I canceled the appointment with Auto Nation Hyundai and made a new appt with the other dealer, who told me they would do the work under the vehicle warranty. More

Had my 2022 serviced for the 8000 mile service. They stated the tires were inflated which they weren't. Had 2 lb difference on rear driver tire. After leaving the dealer, I discovered the tire was still low in the same location meaning they didn't bother to rotate the tires as they stated was done. When I called the dealer I was in a queue for a call back. Did they call? NO!! More

So my 2nd appt. was made and by the way this is for TSB/EXT Warranty on peeling paint...i arrived early and when i got there the advisor said ""I don't know why the appt. was made, we don't have a body shop so we don't handle these types of appointments". So they said they would take care of the anti theft upgrade which i was told my car didn't need. I waited for over 2 hours and the waiting room had 4 people in it. When i finally could leave, i looked at the paperwork it said they did the upgrade and i was to have to stickers on the windows and they weren't there , for all i know they parked it in the back and washed it and said they did it. The next day I had appt. for paint recall @ another dealership and they said we will do the upgrade on the anti theft while its here , I did leave with 2 stickers from that dealership as far as what else needed to be done I don't know .
