I have had friendly kind Reps, and I have had rude or disinterested reps. sometimes they communicate well and other times I have to spend 2 hours or more trying to get a hold of someone. More
I brought my car in for a recall engine replacement, and I'm amazed with how smoothly the process went. It only took about 4 weeks to get it done. I expected far longer. Quick in and out Service, got my Hyundai Tucson in right away, received text messages from the tech showing service being performed, and car was done when promised, and washed. Service was included with pu away, received text messages from the tech showing service being performed, and car was done when promised, and washed. I had a really bas experience on my first appointment for my truck Santa Cruz which I purchased from them. The service people don’t know how to update the software in my truck and it is keep popping up in my my truck Santa Cruz which I purchased from them. Also, I have purchased Santa Cruz but the paperwork shows and in their system that it is Sante Fe. Something is wrong there, some funny business is right there. More
I went in for a recall and software update, and the techs ran into some issues that were out their control. Douglas was very courteous and informed me of what was happening. When the problem escalated to a fried computer module, Douglas explained what happened and how they were planning on fixing it. He was able to put me on a loaner Santa Fe,12 yrs newer than than the Elantra I drove in. I did not mind that at all. I appreciated the professionalism and great customer service. Thanks again Douglas for turning an unexpected issue into a great customer experience. More
