This is based on service. Car was done , employee said she would print receipt. She then helped other customers and an employee. Waited another 15min for a piece of paper. James Twitchell was truly outstanding. Kearny Mesa Hyundai in San Diego mis-installed an oil filter seal which caused a leak.
