Service was fantastic and exceeded expectations! I went in for an oil change and was told there was a current recall on the vehicle as I checked in. Everything was handled and I was out the door wit I went in for an oil change and was told there was a current recall on the vehicle as I checked in. This is based on service. Car was done , employee said she would print receipt. She then helped other customers and an employee. Waited another 15min for a piece of paper. Glo Car was done , employee said she would print receipt. She then helped other customers and an employee. Waited another 15min for a piece of paper. Glove box not put back together properly and waited about 4 hrs for return call. Can not talk to live person onsite. Customer service lacking. More

James Twitchell was truly outstanding. Kearny Mesa Hyundai in San Diego mis-installed an oil filter seal which caused a leak. Although James contractually did not have to James replaced the oil filter and seal and gave me an oil change at no charge. Where do you find customer service like this today? I am so pleased to have met James and he is now first in line to service my 3 Hyundai's. More
